I can't believe that it is March and in just a few short months, we will be returning to Michigan! Life is good. Jim is enjoying his fellowship and has taken full advantage of his time here, learning as much as he can. He has also had the opportunity to publish some work (7 articles!).
The boys are doing great! Ethan is thriving in 1st grade and really loves his friends and teacher at his school. He is going to be playing soccer this spring and he is looking forward to that starting. He recently began taking piano lessons, which he is really enjoying. He can play a few simple songs now!
Caleb loves preschool and has made some really good friends. He just learned how to ride a bike on two wheels and goes out whenever he can to ride. He is so proud of himself and gets right back up when he falls! He is going to be playing t-ball this spring and is excited to start running bases!
Blake is growing up on us way too fast! He follows his brothers around, mimicking whatever they are doing. His new favorite thing is having his brothers put him down for naps, he will just sit there and listen to them read, it is so precious. Blake and mom are taking a "baby boogie" class and enjoy singing dancing, marching, stretching, running, playing and spending time together while the boys are at school one morning a week.
I am doing well and in the height of my training for my half marathon this May. I have really enjoyed running and now that it is getting warmer outside, it is much easier! The most exciting event is that I am going to be an aunt! My sister and her husband are due to have a baby girl at the end of June and I could not be more excited! I will be heading there next month for her baby shower with my mom and we are really looking forward to that! Of course, the boys are excited to have a cousin as well!
We are excited for the rest of our time here and all who will be visiting!! We love and miss you all!
